Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Time

• UAE: 2–4 business days

• GCC Countries: 4–7 business days

• International: 7–12 business days

Delivery times may vary during holidays or peak seasons.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on UAE orders above AED 200

• Standard shipping charges apply for orders below this amount and for international deliveries.
  Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to follow your delivery.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure the shipping address is correct. MeemSeen Independent is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Period
Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and unworn

• Item must be in original packaging

• Tags must still be attached

• Item must be in the same condition as received

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

• Items purchased on final sale or clearance

• Used or washed products

• Items without original tags

Exchange Policy
We offer size exchange if the requested size is available. If not available, a store credit or refund may be issued.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method

Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
