Processing Time
All orders are processed within
1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Time & Rates
- UAE Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days
- GCC Countries: 4–7 business days
- International Shipping: 7–14 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be available on eligible orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Delivery Delays
Delays may occasionally occur due to high volume, customs, or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you promptly in such cases.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Eligibility for Return
- You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not liable for lost returns.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or item, please request an exchange via customer support. We’ll ship the replacement once we receive the returned item.
