Shipping Policy

Exchange & Return Policy

• Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

• Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, customized products, and accessories are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

• Exchange Process:

  1. Email us at info@meemseenindependent.com with your order number and reason for exchange.

  2. Once approved, ship the item back to our return address (customer bears return shipping costs).

  3. After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process the exchange.

• Size Exchange: We offer one-time free size exchange (customer pays only return shipping).

• Damaged/Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will replace it at no extra cost.
