Welcome to MeemSeen Independent. By accessing or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Products & Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, colours, sizes, measurements, and other product information displayed on our website are accurate.

Actual product colours may vary slightly depending on the customer's screen or device settings.

Minor variations may occur in handmade or handcrafted products.

2. Prices & Currency

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and may change without prior notice.

The final price applicable to an order will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country may apply and are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

3. Orders & Order Confirmation

Placing an order through our website constitutes a request to purchase the selected products.

An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed or, for eligible Cash on Delivery orders, once the order has been confirmed by our team.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order due to pricing errors, product availability, suspected fraudulent activity, incomplete customer information, or other legitimate reasons.

If a prepaid order is cancelled by us because we are unable to fulfil the order, the amount paid by the customer will be refunded through the applicable payment method.

4. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders within Pakistan.

COD is not available for international orders.

Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery information and may be contacted to confirm their COD order.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver orders across Pakistan and also offer international shipping to selected destinations.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after order/payment confirmation.

Pakistan orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

International orders are generally delivered within 7–15 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination, customs clearance, and courier service.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, customs clearance, high order volumes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Free Shipping

Free shipping is available on Pakistan orders above PKR 10,000.

For Pakistan orders below PKR 10,000, applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

International shipping charges are calculated according to the destination, package, and applicable courier charges.

7. Exchange Policy – No Refunds

We offer EXCHANGES ONLY and do not offer refunds for customer-requested returns.

Eligible exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be:

Unworn and unused.
Unwashed.
Undamaged.
With all original tags attached.
In their original condition and packaging.

Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, alteration, makeup, perfume, or other use will not be eligible for exchange.

Only one exchange per order is permitted and exchanges are subject to product and size availability.

8. Exchange Shipping Charges

For exchanges due to wrong size selection, change of mind, or personal preference, the customer is responsible for the applicable return and re-delivery shipping charges.

For confirmed wrong, damaged, or defective items, we will cover the applicable shipping costs.

9. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs or videos of the item and packaging.

After verification, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or exchange.

10. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be exchanged unless they are received damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Opened or used perfumes/fragrances.
Opened or used cosmetics and personal-care products.
Earrings and hygiene-sensitive jewellery.
Undergarments/intimate wear.
Customized or altered products.
Products without original tags.
Products that have been worn or washed.
Products showing signs of damage or use.
Clearance / Final Sale items.

11. International Orders & Customs

International customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Any customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

International delivery times may be affected by customs clearance and local regulations.

12. Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, email, and contact information.

We are not responsible for delivery problems, delays, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

13. Website Content & Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, brand names, product images, photographs, graphics, text, designs, and other materials, belongs to MeemSeen Independent or its respective owners.

No website content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

14. Acceptable Website Use

Customers must not use the website for fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized activities or attempt to interfere with the security, operation, or functionality of the website.

15. Website Availability

We do not guarantee that the website will always be available or completely free from errors.

We reserve the right to temporarily suspend, modify, or update the website for maintenance, technical issues, improvements, or other operational reasons.

16. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Any updated Terms & Conditions will be published on this page and will apply from the date of publication.

17. Privacy

Customer information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

18. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan, subject to any mandatory rights or protections applicable to customers in their jurisdiction.
