Delivery Time

• UAE Delivery: 2–4 business days

• International Delivery: 5–10 business days (depending on location)

Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions on selected orders.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can monitor your delivery status.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return Eligibility

• Items must be unused and in original packaging.

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned unless the item is damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchange Option
Customers may request an exchange for another product if the item is returned in its original condition.
