Shipping & Return Policy
Shipping & Delivery
We deliver orders across Pakistan and offer international shipping to selected destinations.
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after order/payment confirmation.
Pakistan: Orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
International: Orders are generally delivered within 7–15 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, customs clearance, high order volumes, or circumstances beyond our control.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is available on Pakistan orders above PKR 10,000.
For Pakistan orders below PKR 10,000, applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
International shipping charges are calculated based on the destination, package, and applicable courier charges.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges, or other destination-country fees are the customer's responsibility, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Return & Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only. We do not offer refunds for customer-requested returns.

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging.
Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, alteration, makeup, perfume, or other use will not be eligible for exchange.
Only one exchange per order is permitted.
Exchanges are subject to product and size availability.
Exchange Shipping Charges
For exchanges due to wrong size selection, change of mind, or personal preference, the customer is responsible for return and re-delivery shipping charges.
For confirmed wrong, damaged, or defective items, MeemSeen Independent will cover the applicable shipping costs.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs/videos of the item and packaging.

After verification, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or exchange.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be exchanged unless received damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Opened or used perfumes/fragrances
Opened or used cosmetics and personal-care products
Earrings and hygiene-sensitive jewellery
Undergarments/intimate wear
Customized or altered products
Products without original tags
Products that have been worn or washed
Products showing signs of damage or use
Clearance / Final Sale items
