Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, alteration, makeup, perfume, or other use will not be eligible for exchange. Only one exchange per order is permitted. Exchange Shipping Charges For exchanges due to wrong size selection, change of mind, or personal preference, the customer is responsible for return and re-delivery shipping charges. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs/videos of the item and packaging. After verification, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or exchange.
