Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, alteration, makeup, perfume, or other use will not be eligible for exchange. Only one exchange per order is permitted. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs/videos of the item and packaging.
